These conditions are applicable to all sales concluded at the Grand Hôtel Clichy Paris (with the exception of group reservations). Therefore, the customer acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale and undertakes to respect them.
These conditions of sale are subject to change at any time, and the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date the reservation is made.
ARTICLE 1- PRICES
The prices indicated are in €uro and include VAT, and take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the reservation. Any change in the applicable rate, or any modification or introduction of new legal taxes introduced by the competent authorities, will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the invoice date.
Rates are per room for the number of people indicated and according to the period selected and do not include services (unless otherwise stated)
The tourist tax, of €4.88 per day and per person (over 18 years old) is not included in the price displayed and must be paid directly on site.
Certain services may be subject to an additional charge and be subject to possible modifications without notice, without incurring the responsibility of the hotel.
No stay booked before the implementation of a possible promotional offer will be subject to reimbursement, even partial.
ARTICLE 2- RESERVATIONS AND MEANS OF PAYMENT
Reservations can be made on the wwwgrandhotel website, by telephone, by e-mail or by post.
The reservation will only be effective if it is guaranteed by the customer, either by providing a credit card number with validity date or by payment of a deposit, and after receipt of a detailed reservation confirmation.
Payment for all services will be made directly to the hotel (exceptions made for reservations prepaid at the time of booking).
The hotel reserves the right to refuse any reservation in the event that the credit card number is incorrect or the reservation is incomplete.
Reservations whatever their origins will be payable in €uro only.
The Grand Hôtel Clichy Paris accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and has a secure reservation system (SSL) which protects and encrypts all sensitive data transmitted during the reservation to prevent any disclosure to a third party .
When registering the reservation, a credit card debit authorization will be made. This will be done for informational purposes, and will in no case be a debit from the account except in the following cases:
– “Non-cancellable-non-refundable” promotional offer.
– If the validity date of the credit card is before the arrival date.
– If the arrival date is more than 89 days from the reservation date.
The customer is solely responsible for his choice of services and their suitability to his needs, such that Du Grand Hôtel Clichy Paris cannot be held responsible in this regard.
ARTICLE 3-FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure means any event external to the parties which is both unpredictable and insurmountable and prevents the customer from carrying out the trip from fulfilling all or part of the obligations provided for in the contract. This will particularly be the case in matters of transport strikes, hotel staff strikes, government or public riots.
ARTICLE 4- MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF STAY
Any modification or cancellation of a reservation must be requested by email to contact@grandhotel-clichy.com or by telephone at 01 47 37 00 57
The request will only become effective when the hotel has confirmed its acceptance in writing.
In the event of modification or cancellation of your stay, the following conditions apply (except in cases of force majeure):
– For any request made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the amount of the first night.
– In case of no-show on the scheduled arrival date, your credit card will be charged for the amount of the first night.
– Any stay started is fully due.
For reservations made via our partners' websites, cancellation must be made via this site. The cancellation conditions that apply are then specific to the partner and may therefore be different from those of the Grand Hôtel Clichy Paris.
In the event of an extension of stay, the customer must notify the hotel reception by 10:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of planned departure, in order to know availability.
ARTICLE 5- THE HOTEL AND SERVICES
The children's breakfast rate applies to children up to and including 10 years old.
For safety and hygiene reasons, our animal friends are not allowed in the establishment.
Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. A supplement may be charged in the event of non-compliance with the maximum departure time. In the event of arrival after 8:00 p.m., reception must be notified.
The customer accepts and undertakes to use the room in a good manner. Also any behavior contrary to good morals and public order will lead the hotelier to ask the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation and/or without any reimbursement if payment has already been made.
ARTICLE 6-REMOVAL
In the event of unavailability of the hotel or in the event of force majeure, the latter reserves the right to fully or partially accommodate the customer in a hotel of equivalent or higher category, offering services of the same nature. The transfer will then be the responsibility of the hotelier who cannot be sought in payment of any additional compensation.
ARTICLE 7- COMPLAINTS
Any complaint must be sent to the Grand Hôtel Clichy Paris by email to contact@grandhotel-clichy.com within one year following the departure of the stay which is the subject of the complaint.
ARTICLE 8- COMPUTING AND FREEDOM
In application of law 78-17, known as information technology and freedoms, customers are informed that their reservation is subject to computerized personal processing. Users have a right of access and rectification of the data entered, which is exercised at the head office: SARL Grand Hôtel 36 boulevard Jean Jaurès 92110 Clichy. It is specified that this information is not communicated to third parties.
The hotel offers wifi internet access. The user client undertakes to ensure that the computer resources made available to it are not used in any way for the purposes of reproduction, representation, provision or communication to the public of works or objects protected by a copyright, by a neighboring right such as texts, images, photographs, audiovisual musical works, software and video games, without the authorization of the holders of the rights provided for in Books I and II of the intellectual property code when this authorization is required.
The establishment has a video surveillance system in the common areas of the building.
ARTICLE 9- CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
The customer is reminded, in accordance with article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, that he does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code.
The conditions of sale of the reserved rate specify the terms of cancellation and/or modification of the reservation.
ARTICLE 10- MEDIATION OF DISPUTES
In accordance with article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer, subject to article L.612.2 of the Consumer Code, has the option of submitting a request for amicable resolution through mediation, within a period of less than one year from the written complaint to the professional.
GRAND HOTEL BAR RESTAURANT has designated, by membership registered under

ARTICLE 11- APPLICABLE LAW
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. This is the case for substantive rules as well as for formal rules. Disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
